New Citrix Client Instructions

1. Click Run.
2. Click Run again (if necessary).
3. The process should go automatically and eventually say "complete". At that point you can go back to the MSD homepage, then under Staff Area or Student Area, then "Citrix Login", and, attempt to login again.
4. Should you still have trouble, send an email to "computer_request@mcfarland.k12.wi.us" describing the problem, and, someone from our Technology Department will get in touch with you.


Alternate Instructions



If you experience a lockup when you hit "Run", use these instructions.

1. Instead of clicking Run, select Save.
2. Save the file to your desktop.
3. Once it's done downloading, go to your desktop and double-click the file and click Run.
4. When it finishes installing, try logging in via the MSD website under Staff Area or Student Area, then "Citrix Login".
