Phone List Creator

Select your phone style: 12 Buttons | 24 Buttons

Here is a quick and easy way to create a personal "speed dial" list for your phone. You'll input labels for your frequently called numbers, print a copy, and then slide the list into your phone. There are also directions for programming the speed dial keys included at the bottom of this page.

First, there are two types of phones, a 12 button and a 24 button phone. The picture above must match your phone. If it does not match, select from these choices: 12 Buttons | 24 Buttons

Next, enter the labels for keys 01-08 in the fields provided below.
  • Keys 1-8 may be filled in as needed up to a maximum of 20 characters.
  • Keys 9-12 are already programmed and should only be changed if the text displayed on this page is different from the text displayed on your phone.
  • Key 12 needs to have the extension number of your phone added to the existing text.
  • Press the View Printable Phone List button. A new page will open with a copy of the phone list. The new page can be printed and then the list can be cut out to fit into the phone.
