Growing demand and lack of qualified workers in skilled trades and technology means it’s a great time to go back to school and enter these lucrative and fast-growing industries. To help keep up with demand and assist the next generation of professionals, Porch will award a $2,000 scholarship four times a year to eligible students.
Entries are now being accepted for the Winter scholarship, which runs from January 16, 2021 – April 16, 2021.
You must be 18 years or over and currently be enrolled as a high school senior, or in a community college, undergraduate, graduate, technical college, or vocational program, or be planning to enroll in a high school, community college, undergraduate, graduate, technical college, or vocational program during the 2021-2022 academic program in the United States.
You must have a minimum 3.4 GPA.
You must be pursuing a degree that enables you or others in your community to learn a new trade, develop skills and technology, or start a small business related to home services offered by Porch.
The Sander Jennings Spread the Love Scholarship exists to ignite more love and acceptance in our world.
High school and undergraduate students in any field of study are eligible to apply. Applicants will be asked to write a short essay about how their journey with self-love and acceptance has impacted their beliefs, relationships, and aspirations.
All GPAs and planned future fields of study will be considered for the Sander Jennings Spread the Love Scholarship.
Navigating high school and preparing for college in the midst of a pandemic is hard on young students' ability to love, accept, and have gratitude for their important lives. The Ab Nicholas Scholarship Foundation seeks to make a college degree affordable for Wisconsin high school students who participate as players or managers in their school’s basketball program. Need-based scholarships, renewable annually, are offered for two- and four-year programs at any University of Wisconsin System school.
COVID-19 Notice: If you are a graduating high school senior who played basketball or was a manager during your junior year, but COVID – 19 prevented you from participating this year, you can still apply for our scholarship.
The Ab Nicholas Scholarship Foundation accepts applications from qualifying seniors each year between February 1 and April 30. Scholarship recipients will be notified no later than June 30th at the email address on file.

Pittsburgh Steelers and former University of Southern California WR JuJu Smith-Schuster is dedicated to giving his all on the field for his teammates, and off the field for his community. In 2019, he created The JuJu Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the support of youth initiatives and lifting the spirits of those in need.
Today, JuJu and his foundation are partnering with Bold.org to help students achieve their educational dreams. The JuJu Foundation Scholarship will help four students who are facing economic hardship to pay for their education with $5,000 each.
All current high school and undergraduate students studying in the US who face financial challenges in paying for their education are welcome to apply.
The WiseGeek LGBTQ+ Awareness Scholarship exists to support the dreams and aspirations of LGBTQ+ youth across the country. The scholarship is open to students who identify as a member of this community.
Scholarship Name: Learner Education Women in Mathematics Scholarship
Eligibility: Be a current high school senior who plans to study mathematics or related fields or an undergraduate currently studying in these fields. Must be a US Citizen or permanent legal resident. All GPAs and majors are encouraged to apply.
