The Electronic 'Paper Work' portion of our registration process is now closed. If you did not fill in your child's information, please contact the individual schools for paper copies of their required forms. You may still access all the on-line documents here and continue to pay fees and update demographic information-line via Infinite Campus.
There are 5 parts to the On-Line Registration Process. Please complete all steps!!
1. Registration Documents
There are many important documents that you need to read prior to the beginning of school. It is VERY important that you read all documents under 'District Information' as well as those for each individual school where you have a student attending. A link to all documents can be found at the end of this page.
2. Electronic 'Paper Work' (closed)
We will be using on-line data collection forms to collect information. At 9:00 AM on Mon, August 8, you will be sent a link to each data collection form that you need to fill out. The links will be located in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Inbox (not in your email). There will be a District level one and one for each applicable grade level. Look for messages that have a red exclamation point (!) in front of them. All parents/guardians should receive links but only one person needs to complete the information for each family.
3. Fee Payment
All grade levels have associated fees. You are able to pay all fees on-line through the Infinite Campus Portal. Simply log into the Portal and select Payments from the menu along the left-hand side of your screen. You can use your checking account, Visa or MasterCard. You will be able to add money to your student’s lunch account at the same time you pay fees. The normal $1.75 convenience fee associated with each transaction will be waived during the on-line registration process for all transactions. After August 24, the convenience fee will be reinstated. If you need financial assistance paying fees, please see the document titled 'Fee Payment Information'.
4. Verify Information
It is critical for the school district to always have your current contact information. Please take the time to verify that all information in the Portal under the 'Household Information' and 'Family Members' tabs is correct and that the information on the 'Demographics' tab under each of your students is correct. You can request most information changes right from the Portal, however, address changes must be made by contacting your child's school directly. In addition, please go to the Contact Preferences area in the Portal to make sure we have your correct email address. A Secondary Email Address can now be entered as well. The district also uses voice mail and text messaging to communicate with parents. You can choose which device will receive voice messages and which device (if any) will receive text messages. Instructions for these settings are printed on the Contact Preferences page.
To see what information we have received from you and what information we still need, go to the OnLine Registration Verify tab in the Infinite Campus Portal. You will need to check this area for EACH student. Please note that the information is only updated once every hour so check it a couple of hours after you complete your registration process. Also, remember that the Fee Balance Due shown on that screen will include optional fees, so if you have chosen not to pay an optional fee such as a yearbook, the amount will still show as due. For accurate fee information, go to the Payments area within the portal. Also note that when paying fees on-line, you should receive an email confirmation if your payment went through successfully.
