Important Summer School Information Grades 1-5
- All classes for students entering grades 1-5 are at Waubesa Intermediate School.
- Summer school begins at 8:00. Teachers will meet their students outside by labeled cones and enter the building together.
- To drop off students, use the loop off of Red Oak Trail. If you would like to park and walk your child to the building, you may use the parking lot off of Leanne Lane.
- The district does not provide transportation for summer school. Please make your child care provider aware of the drop-off and pick-up times.
- Students should not arrive prior to 7:50, as there will be no supervision.
- The summer school day wraps up at 11:30. We ask for prompt pick-up, as we do not have supervision that extends past 11:40.
- If your student is going to be absent, please do one of the following:
- You can find your student’s homeroom assignment by logging into Infinite Campus and clicking “schedule” in the menu on the left side. Please make sure your child knows their teacher’s name when they arrive the first day so we can get them lined up in the correct line. Writing this on a small piece of paper for your child works really well. However, students will rotate between all of the teachers listed below during the two-week session.
- Please make sure that your student brings a water bottle each day. They may also choose to bring a small snack and kleenex. Other than that, there are no supplies needed. Small backpacks are recommended.
