Please Note – All requests need to be submitted at least two weeks prior (14 days prior) to trip date. If you have a last-minute trip, please contact our office as soon as possible. Please fill out the Field Trip Request Form and any additional detail for your trip. Then submit that form to us at McFarland@NelsonsBusSerivce.com Please understand we will do our best to accommodate the request but would prefer the trip to be submitted thru the online request.
