- 1 - pack Paper-Mate Flair Pens (minimum 4)
- 1 - three-subject notebook (wide ruled)
- 36 - pre-sharpened pencils
- 1 - pack of erasers
- 1 - pack of colored pencils
- 1 - pack of markers
- 1 - zippered pencil case/pouch
- 2 - highlighter markers
- 2 - dry erase markers
- 1 - pack of glue sticks
- 1 - scissors
- 3 - packs of super sticky Post-it notes (3" x 3" square size)
- 5 - single subject notebooks (wide ruled)
- 3 - sturdy pocket folders
- 1 - 1" binder with clear front plastic sleeve
- 1 - large box of Kleenex
- 1 - box of snack, sandwich, quart or gallon Ziplock bags (last name A-M)
- 1 - container hand sanitizer (last name N-Z)
- 1 - container disinfectant wipes
- 2 - rolls clear tape with dispenser
- 1 - pack of index cards
